2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we won’t be able to make changes.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
4. Does Desolara offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re always looking to expand our services, so check back for updates!

6. Do you offer international shipping?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business daysof receiving it. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.
8. What is Desolara’s return policy?
